Shipping policy
Order processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping cost Shipping is free on all orders.
Delivery times Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after processing. During holidays or peak periods, please allow up to 20 business days. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs.
Tracking Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you once your order is on its way. Please allow a few days for tracking to begin updating.
Wrong or incomplete address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reship orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address without an additional shipping charge.
Lost or stuck packages If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, email support@shopdozy.com and we'll help track it down or make it right.
Customs & duties Orders shipped within Canada and the US are not typically subject to additional duties. In the rare event a fee applies, it's the responsibility of the customer.
