We want you to love your Dozy. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Happiness Guarantee You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item If your Dozy arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email support@shopdozy.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — and in most cases you won't need to send anything back.
Change of mind If you'd simply like to return an unused Dozy, contact us within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we'll refund the product price once we receive it.
Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on plushies that have been used or removed from their packaging. (Damaged or defective items are always covered — see above.)
Refunds Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Cancellations Need to cancel? Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll cancel it if it hasn't shipped yet.
Exchanges Want a different design? The fastest way is to request a refund for your current order and place a new one for the design you'd like.
